I am a California licensed General Contractor and real estate developer with a career focused on delivering luxury residential, mixed-use projects from conception through completion. My background combines hand-on construction leadership with real estate development experience, allowing me to manage the full project lifecycle - from early feasibility and entitlements through permitting, construction, and final delivery. I have worked both as a builder and as an owner/developer, which gives me a unique perspective on risk, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. I specialize in:
